Our software suite is web based, so it can be controlled via a mobile device. It can be shown in a read-only mode to prevent unintended use.

Secure intakes with barcode

Our bar code systems even include a preparation station for ultra-low volume and manual dosing.

Press control

The pressline can be started from the scada or from a local panel. This gives the operator the flexibility to make small adjustments when looking and listening to the live process.

The press controll will be perfectly fit in a Inteqnion Automation solution. However it can be stand alone integrated in an existing automation system.

The extruder control can also be a stand alone version or in combination with a different automation system.

Micro Dosing Controls

The new Micro Dosing Unit (MDU) from Ottervanger secures an extremely high accuracy dosing up to 5 components at the same time. The weigher in weigher construction in a closed environment and a unique design of dosing screws will help with this. It is designed with the controls of Inteqnion to achieve this accuracy and speed. It works perfect in a automation system from Inteqnion, but can also be delivered as a stand alone control.

Intake and Outloading Panels

For truckdrivers we designed easy to use touchpanels for intake of raw materials and outloading of finished products. These screens are part of BatchExplorer and can be operated in different languages.

For the outloading screen the driver can select the outloading bin, the destination compartment and see the reqested and actual weight.
