Contamination prevention
When needed Batch Explorer can be extended with a contamination matrix. In this matrix raw material- or product groups can be made, which defines what raw material or product can run after each other through the process. If group A is not allowed to follow group B through the process line, first one or more flushing or neutral batches have to clean the line before group A can be produced. Contamination prevention can take place from intake till bulk outloading.
