To guarantee the continuation of your installation and processes, we supply full service. This contains 24 hours a day, 7 days a week support from our technical support team. Our technical support team is trained to solve all main problems within the shortest period of time by modem connection or directly.
Inteqnion has its own service department, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to give the customer backup support. Our service department takes care of technical malfunctions, little adjustments to your system and maintenance of your installation. These activities either can take place by modem connection or locally.
Inteqnion can also provide a “full service agreement”, which will provide the customer the best service available, maintenance of the system or small adjustments to keep your installation in good shape. This is also a good way to prevent future errors or disturbances.
We offer the possibility to educate your personnel at our training centre in Aalten or locally at your plant, to increase the quality and productivity on your workflow.
