by Inteqnion are not only useful for complete processes, but also for
machines. Inteqnion also delivers control systems for machines which can
operate stand-alone or in an integrated installation. Our delivery

Besides the above mentioned
activities, Inteqnion is specialised in control systems and automation for
the feed- flour and bulk industry. Inteqnion developped Batch
Explorer, its own Batch Processing Software Package for control
of intake, batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, coating and bulkoutloading.
Of course the most recent developments are intergrated in Batch
Explorer, such as contimination and tracking and tracing.
Batch Explorer is webbased and can
easily be started with Internet Explorer. The program is based on the
Microsoft SQL database and developed on the S88 structure for batch
processes. The scada is based on Siemens WinCC. The big advantage of Batch
Explorer is that the program is designed on standard programs
with an open structure. In this way it is possible for the customer to make
changes to the program in a later stage.
Most of the projects in the processing industry are more or less custom-made. Inteqnion can provide custom-made solutions by means of small changes to our standard software, connections with other programs or total custom-made software.
The applications which we provide can either work stand-alone or in a network environment.
