New automation Copag Morocco
Inteqnion has got the order from Copag Morocco to supply a new process control system for their feedmill. The automation which will be implemented is the Inteqnion feedmill program which will include visualisation of the process. The visualisation gives more information about the status and advancement of the process. Copag already is a customer of Inteqnion since 1998, when Inteqnion delivered the control panels and the PLC system of the plant. The control system will be supported from Holland by means of an internet connected, which will reduce the telephone costs for support.

Project Indonesia
At this moment a 15 tons/hour feedmill will be completed in Indonesia. Inteqnion has got the order to design and build the control panels, the PLC system and the process automation. The automation, which will be implemented in the feedmill is the Inteqnion Batch control system and will be supported from holland by means of an internet connecting.

Feedmill Bulgaria
In bulgaria a 15 T/H feedmill is being built at this moment. Inteqnion has got the order to deliver the control system for the plant. The control system includes control panels, PLC system and the Inteqnion Batch Control System. The Batch Control System will be included with an import function for recipes. Although the plant is controlled by automation, the control panel is also supplied with a mimic diagram. In case of trouble the plant can still be controlled by means of the control panel. The plant will also be supported by internet connection.

Project Kazakhstan
In March 2003 a feedmill is with full satisfaction of the customer completed in Kazakhstan. Inteqnion took care of the control system of the plant. Inteqnion has designed and build the control system of the plant. Because of the fact that the plant is relative small, but the customer wished to have some kind of automation, Inteqnion has chosen to implementate the Inteqnion controller. With this controller it is possible to program max. 40 recipes and automate the dosing of the batches. After the dosing the batch will be automatically transported to the pre-grinding bins. From that point the operator has to control the process by himself.

New process control system for De Heus, Brokking, Koudijs
Inteqnion B.V. has got the order from De heus, Brokking, Koudijs, to make the control system for their new concentrate plant in Egypt. The order for Inteqnion includes the design of the electrical installation, manufacture of the control panels (including mimic diagram) and the automation of the plant.

Opening of Nutreco plant.
On the 7th of February, the opening of the new concentrate plant of Nutreco and their Egypt partner took place. The plant (Hendrix Misr) has a capacity of 15 ton/hour and is designed and manufactured by Ottevanger Milling Engineers. The design and manufacture of the electrical installation, the manufacture of the control panels, the PLC system and the process control automation is done by Inteqnion B.V.

The training of the operators of Hendrix Misr. is also being done by Inteqnion. This took place at our training centre in Aalten and in the plant itself.

The installation is already in operation for a few month and functions with full satisfaction of the customer.
