Inteqnion supplies control system in Malaysia
Inteqnion has the order to deliver a control system and automation for a brand new feedmill in Malaysia. The feedmill has a capacity of 30 t/h mash or pellets.
 
The pellet line (also 30 t.h) is equipped with a Therminator/Sanitiser. The therminator is a heat treatment system (machine) in which the meal has a retention time of 4 minutes on 85 degrees Celsius. After this heat treatment the meal will be pelleted.
 
The purpose of this heat treatment is to eliminate salmonella and other harmfull bacteria. An other advantage of the heat treatment is that this process will reduce the amounts of kW used on the pellet press drastically, although the consumption on the Therminator is only a few kW. 		 
 
 
 

Biological waste processing plant completed
Inteqnion b.v. has in cooperation with HoSt a biological waste processing plant completed for BIR b.v., which is located in Lichtenvoorde - The Netherlands. The installation is designed for a processing capacity of 15.000 tons of industrial organical waste per year.
 
The commissioning of the installation has been realised to full contentment of BIR and HoSt. Inteqnion has done the complete electrics, steering and automation, like:  low voltage distribution panel, motor- and PLC panels, sensors, cabling, PLC- and Scada control (incl. full control via visualisation) The PLC is based on the S7-300 serie of Siemens. Also the Scada package that's been applied, is from Siemens (WinCC).

First of all the digester unit has been started, after which the biological de-sulfarisation unit and the gasholder were started and at last the gasengine WKK. The produced biogas will be cleared in a biological de-sulfarisation of H2S. After this, the gas is ready for a 300kW gasengine which can produce as well permanent electricity as heat. The electricity produced by WKK is delivered most of all to the public electricitynet.  A part of the produced rest-heat will be used for the heating of the digester process itself. The biggest part is used for biological industrial wastetreatment installation IWL, who are their neighbours.
     
 

 
 
 
 
Feedmill Golden Line Business - Thailand completed
Recently the new Golden Line Business feedmill in Thailand has been taken in use. The complete new feedmill, with a capacity of 60 t/h has been built by Ottevanger Milling Engineers. Inteqnion took care of the design and delivery of all electrics, field equipment, motor- and control panels and the overall automation. 
The factory is completly designed and realised according to the West- European standards. All field equipment is connected to the PLC by using the ASI-bus network. The two pellet lines are equiped with a heat treatment system and can be automatically controlled from the control room aswell by a touchpanel directly at the pellet press.
 
Via the automation, which has a fully visualisation system, the entire factory can be controlled full-automatically. The tracking and tracing-module has been integrated in the automation, which makes it possible to trace all the rawmaterials, half fabrics and end products.
